The concept of upcycling is growing and when it comes to ingredients, more and more exploration into using the whole plant is becoming a force that will change the world’s perspective on value of what we grow and how we use the yield. 
It is all very positive and opens up many more flavor profiles from each plant, fruit and vegetable and more.
